Going to Japan, Another Dreamland and a Milestone of My life.

I have been very excited since I learned that my paper was accepted so I would get some funds so that I will be able to afford to see Japan at least once. Here is a copy of one of e-mail (asking for permission to reveal our e-mails for educational purposes)  to ISEPST:

Dear Sir/Madam (ISEPST)

With reference to my plan to attend the conference here in Japan, a world leading country of hard working and quality citizen, I would like to share or let you know what I hope I might be able to do when I am here in Japan. However, I am not sure that it is appropriate to consult or share with the organizers because it's my personal expectation or interest which is not under the scope of the conference. Therefore, I apologize if I am wasting your time. On the other hand, it is something that you might have some suggestions for me so that I will be able to have a good plan for my visit.

It is my first and can be only time for me to visit Japan so I hope I would learn as much as I can while I am here in this international conference; apart from my research paper to share or present I hope to have a chance to learn from most participants who are willing to share their experiences so that I can get new ideas or clues for my work, empowering or educating people especially poor ones in the country (Community Development, Home school, Home stay , Education, Cultural Exchanges , and so on ). This will be done by trying to share with participants  from different countries, and I just wonder whether there is a special forum or time reserved for those who might have similar interest. In addition, despite the fact that I am not a rich tourist, I intend to stay at least 3-4 days longer after the conference for study tour or meeting interesting people/ scholars?  Perhaps, you can suggest where I should visit and or whom I might want to arrange to meet.

Thank you for your time, and I would appreciate your suggestions if you can.

Sincerely yours,
Metee Kansa

P.S. I am also collecting data on communication and trying to learn from direct experience, my own communication as well as use the data as authentic material for teaching. Therefore, I just wonder whether you would be kindly allow me to use our e-mail correspondence for my teaching (I can consult English native speakers and or experts to help me evaluate
how well I communicate via e-mails for example.) or in my written work in the future?
