I am still new to technology. In other words, the problem could be because I cannot operate the computer properly or the Internet has been too slow I am still trying to get my letter of request to the ambassador in hope that I might get the permission so that I would be able to do more for the kids and my fellow people if not the world. So,anybody please help me forward my letter below to the graceful US ambassador in Bangkok, Thailand. 262 Moo. 19 T. Saensook,

Subject: Asking permission to use a photograph
To: The US Ambassador
With reference to your visit to my university, Ubonratchathani University on October 2nd, 2013: your photo was taken with one of my students (see the photo below). I am writing to ask permission to use that photo for my current project.
On Wednesday the 2nd a picture was taken with a student of mine, Thanawoot. Coincidently, Thanawoot was a student who helped me teach young children in my village, Lau Sue Kok, and he is the very one I have planned to write about to inspire others. The book (to be published in Thai) will be about learning from direct experiences from both teaching at a university and working in a community for years. Although I am an ordinary lecturer, I am confident that I have something valuable to share to the world. The book emphasizes how important it is for people to try harder to communicate ( language in use) and live together in harmony.
I am seriously considering using this photo for the front cover of the book, and because you are a representative from a leading country in the world, I strongly believe that your permission to let me use the picture of you with my student will be a great help for my project (which is not aiming for personal benefit but for social work and charity). For now, I planned to name my book “Not only the Ambassador, but also everybody needs to reach out” or something similar to this.
You can also learn more about me and my work at www.meteekansa.blogspot.com. Should you have any inquiries, please let me know. I am willing to provide you with any additional information as needed.
Sincerely yours,
Metee (Key) Kansa (mkan01@hotmail.com)
