Today is the first day of semester1/2011. I hope that we can make use of this blog more than
last semester. It would be good if more students or friends have more questions or just write so that we will have something to talk about. Don't be afraid to make mistakes; it's o.k., especially, English is not our first language, and we write or communicate in English because we want to learn more and improve our English.
By the way, now I am trying to raise some fund for a project in the village. I hope that I will get enough help and get enough money to finiash the project soon.

Where there is society there would have language, because human societies are transfer of information through language. They use language to communicate (send and receive) messages with other people.

What:If there is no language, societies are without communication,no creating,human cannot transfer their thinking each other and they cannot learn everything.Furthermore, the society is not developed without technologies,facilities,new invention, etc. Most humans are separated class,status,position,etc. They have not opportunity on choosing other for themselves. Point is a bad quality of human life. How??: Language is important to human in way of life.So, humans should get to value highly to language use.

In my opinion, language is the instrument that people use to make the society. I think the best students should read the book before coming to class every time, pay attention when studying, do homeworks usually, come to class on time, and pay respect to the teachers.

For my opinion,Many of the data can be gathered the observation, interview and the elicitation for and correctly assertion. The interviewees maybe tell a lie or conceal some of information if they knew there is equipment likes tape recording (anything else) in the process.

ดังนั้น flag จะดีขึ้นได้นั้นขึ้นอยู่กับ army นั่นก็คือคนที่ใช้ภาษาถิ่น
หากภาษาถิ่นมีคนใช้ภาษาก็จะเกิดการพัฒนาขึ้นมากกว่าภาษาที่ไม่มีคนใช้เลย

ReplyDeleteFrom the sentence, "A language, it has been remarked, is a dialect with a flag, or even better, with an army.", I think it means the sign (also the language) that shown on a flag or even the language used in the army are a dialect because they can understand each other when they say some word or some signal, in the same time other people who are not in the army might not understand what are they talking about...แปลเป็นภาษาไทยตามความเข้าใจได้ว่า ภาษาที่ใช้ในกองทัพของเหล่าทหาร หรือแม้แต่สัญลักษณ์ที่ปรากฎอยู่บนธง เช่น สีของธง และ รูปต่างๆ นั่นก็คือภาษาถิ่นอีกแบบหนึ่ง ซึ่งมาในรูปของภาษาที่ใช้เฉพาะกลุ่มอย่างกลุ่มทหารเป็นต้นค่ะ ซึ่งเราๆอาจไม่เข้าใจก็ได้ค่ะ
